Subscription orders may take from 8-10 days, depending on when you submit your order. If we aren't unable to fulfill your order on the scheduled date due to unforeseen issues (such as a major power outage, illness, or seed shortages), you will be notified and refunded for that week’s order.

There is a 2-week lead time for your first order (delivery or pickup). You will receive an email or text with your order fulfilment details.

Subscriptions are automatically charged to a credit card stored securely with our payment processor, Stripe (used by our website). We do not have access to your full credit card number—only the last 4 digits for verification purposes if needed. You may create an account (best option) or order/pay as a guest.
